BRANCH MANAGER
Area : Pekanbaru

General Requirements :
- Male
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Post graduate will be advantage
- Age : 35 - 40 years old
- Minimum 3-year of relevant working experience
- Target oriented
- English fluency, mandarin will be advantage
Job Requirements:
- Direct and coordinate business activities, also consolidating departmental functions such as Operation, FA & Acc, IC, HR & GA, Workshop.
- Manage staff, control works schedules, assign specific duties in line with job and business requirement.
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievements and determining areas needing cost reduction and propose improvement program related to the findings.
- Prepare yearly departmental budget and strive to achieve based on agreed target/budget. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures conferring with top management, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Coordinate with HR in HQ to determine staffing requirements, hiring and training new employees, and review those personnel development.
- A team player, able to work under pressure, able to work independently under minimum supervision, high energy and strong leadership.
